For these workouts to be effective, you need to perform a series of exercises that work your major muscle groups – all in the same workout.
So where should you start……before getting in the car and paying a ridiculous start up fee at the gym in the city centre, take a moment to think for a minute. All you really need is a set of good old fashioned dumbbells, a barbell and a simple bench. Yip – that’s it. That basic level of equipment is sufficient to work your body from head to toe at high intensity and deliver you the best fat burning workout.
Do you have the space in your home to keep it without disrupting the family life? – may be a spare bedroom or space in the garage. Get creative. You’ve all heard of movements such as push ups, sit ups, crunches, chin ups, etc. These exercises can provide you with enough muscle stimulation, if performed at high intensity, to keep your conditioning until such a time as you get home. Instead of using the barbell or the dumbbells, you are using your own bodyweight as resistance.
Don’t make excuses – get creative! This is your lean body transformation we’re talking about here.
