WHAT’S THE BIG IDEA? Turbulence Training prides itself on rapid fat loss results for both men and women who don’t have a huge amount of time to exercise. It’s a combination of resistance and interval training used to primarily boost your metabolism so that you are burning calories and fat in-between workouts. No ifs, buts or maybes – you will need only 3 workouts per week with Turbulence Training. The primary Turbulence Training tools are a bench, dumbbells and an exercise ball – pretty simple, eh?
The workouts themselves are only 45 minutes long in duration and they can get as intense as your fitness level requires. It uses a lot of unique and cool exercises including a bunch of killer bodyweight moves. Not only will this make you more athletic and assist with your fat loss, but will also improve your core strength… all with a minimum level of equipment.

WHO’S THE AUTHOR? The man behind Turbulence Training is Craig Ballantyne – he’s a regular contributor to Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Oxygen and Shape Magazines… so clearly he’s no idiot! His clients span 100s of both men and women so this guy really knows what it takes to get people into great shape. His career in this industry spans the past 15 years or so both in the gym and in the research lab. He’s led a bunch of trials on sports supplements, strength training and cardio training. Forget your regular weekend-only certificate trainer; this guy is full-time fat loss expert.
SO HOW DOES IT WORK? Turbulence Training is a combination of resistance training and interval training at high intensity. This is to boost your metabolism so that you are able to “melt away” the fat in-between workouts. If you are a regular reader of my i-Blog, you will know that I am strong advocate of this type of program for fat loss.
